Our olive oil is a pure olive tree juice being produced in the sunny olive groves at the Mesogeia plains, an area considered ideal for the production of olive oil. The result from this ancient place is a golden-green high quality olive oil with low acidity (0,2), soft natural taste and intense scent.

“Root” is a 100% exceptional high level olive oil (of Koroneiki variety) obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
